Before launching each product of Befree, we personally act as test subjects, closely discussing with the biotechnology research center. Only after numerous nutritional tests and data analysis showing positive results within 1 to 2 weeks, do we introduce the product to the market.

Our Story

In creating BeFree's first product "BeSeen", we were Graphic Designers. In March 2020, during the pandemic, we started CC KOH's online design courses.

Our two founders, CC & WANYI, being designers, often had to work overtime and stay up late to finish design projects, spending long hours in front of computers and smartphones! Due to such a work environment, coupled with WanYi's personal physical constitution, WanYi developed a moderate case of dry eye syndrome.

BeSeen was born

WanYi tried different eye care products, only to find an overwhelming number of choices on the market, making it as difficult as finding a needle in a haystack for our customers. As a result, WanYi tried many eye care products, but none could provide long-term relief from dry and painful eyes.

By chance, we were also looking to develop health products, and thus decided to establish BeFree, a health product company. The first product we developed was BeSeen, an eye care supplement, because WanYi deeply understood the pain of unhealthy eyes, which hindered the ability to work.

Fortunately, we found a U.S. publicly listed biotech company to help us develop an eye care supplement suitable for contemporary needs. BeSeen is a nutritional formula that not only protects the eyes but also nourishes the brain.

Before its launch, we ourselves were the guinea pigs, trying out the product in collaboration with the research and development company. After several months, can obviously feel the comfort of your eyes within 1 to 2 weeks, and at the same time, you will become more energetic with this eye-protecting nutritional supplement.

Thus, BeSeen was born!

Of course, entering the eye care market, we had many concerns due to the vast variety of eye nutrition products and intense competition. So initially, we faced various challenges and problems.

But to help more people improve their eye health more effectively and correctly, we chose to persevere through the difficulties!

The whole process was like a roller coaster ride! It was filled with challenges and hardships, but seeing the positive feedback from users and improvements in their eye health was rewarding.

We realized that a good product speaks for itself. Word of mouth spread rapidly, and BeSeen became the top online seller in Malaysia & Singapore in the eye and brain nutrition category.

To this day, we have successfully helped many people improve their eye health and received numerous positive reviews, which is truly touching!
